And it may just be your bet. Many of us aren't Democrats.
When we come right down to it, this is a blog. It's not a voting booth. And even if you were a Democratic voter this year, your vote is just one vote, not your prediction on how this whole thing plays out. So I suppose that for everyone, this is a bet. Just as it was a bet for Republican voters who cast a single vote in the Republican primaries, but who predicted who'd ultimately win the nomination.
So with that said, who do YOU think will win the Democratic nomination?
I saw Obama today, and he looked very convincing as he distanced himself from the Reverend Wright. He looked so convincing, in fact, that I say he takes it.
I actually believed today that Barack Obama really DID meet a different man twenty years ago from the man we saw speaking at the NAACP dinner and the National Press Club. He was a nicer man, undoubtedly.
I say he goes to the convention and takes the nomination.
What happens after that, though, is another bet.
And I'm kicking this off with my own projection/vote... Here goes. Let's play fortune-teller.
